From TODAY Friday 10th to Sunday 12th March 2017, we see the return of two of America’s biggest stars, Brad Paisley and Zac Brown Band headlining C2C alongside Reba McEntire who performs at The O2 for the very first time.
Over 50,000 country music fans will enjoy a three-day event full of live performances from the biggest country music stars in the world as well emerging artists from the UK, Europe and North America. There will be a host of activity across the music-filled weekend with over 40 performances per day.
Country to Country will officially kick off at 2pm on Friday and 10am on Saturday and Sunday when the Town Square opens and the first Festival stage artists start. Fans should also expect surprise artist announcements across the weekend, all the details of which will be revealed on the C2C App, available to download now.
The app will feature all stage timings, announcements, artist info plus notifications about signings, competitions, secret performances and much more. App users can create their own personalised C2C festival postcard and share their own photos using the custom C2C Festival photo frame.
The festival brings the spirit of Nashville to London with additional programming including the Festival Stages, BBC Radio 2 Country Stage, the Town Square, C2C Late Night Stage and much more. Free to watch stages will also make a return. C2C Cinema will include screenings programmed by the CMA including The 50th Annual CMA Awards, For the Love of Music, The Story of Nashville and more. Other screenings will be announced and all are available for C2C ticket and wrist band holders. Also back for 2017 are C2C Sessions – intimate acoustic performances and recording of artists across the weekend.
JUST ADDED: Ward Thomas to officially open the festival with a performance on Friday afternoon at 4.00pm and on Sunday, The Shires will perform at 1:40pm. Catch them both on the BBC Radio 2 Country Stage.
C2C ticket holders are invited to enjoy any of the Festival Stages across the weekend. Access to The Roadhouse (Building Six), BBC Radio 2 Country Stage (indigo at The O2), C2C Fans Lounge (All Bar One) and C2C Late Night Stage (indigo at The O2) are subject to capacity.
Non ticket holders are also able to access these stages with a Festival Wristband which can be purchased for £10 via http://www.axs.com/events/332507/c2c-festival-stages-tickets
Separate tickets are required for The Bluebird Cafe and the after show parties.
All visitors to The O2 can still enjoy entertainment from the free stages which include Town Square Stage, the Big Entrance Stage, Club WM, and, by night, The Saloon at All Bar One. Plus all of the other festival activity which includes the traders, shops, bars and retail in the Town Square, the merchandise area and the record store. All subject to capacity.
