The Hydra's fifth series fully kicked off this week, the remaining lineup details for events have been revealed. With Numbers, Novel Sound and a very special collaboration with fabric for #SaveOurCultureare announced, with new additions including Joseph Capriati, Levon Vincent, Omar S, Move D, Jackmaster, Joey Anderson, Adam Beyer, Alan Fitzpatrick, Fred P, Stacey Pullen and more..
As solidarity amongst London's nighttime industries increases, The Hydra's collaboration with fabric will now rally as part of the vital #SaveOurCulture campaign, brining techno heavy-weight Joseph Capriatito Studio Spaces for a marathon all-night session on Friday 2nd December 2016.
Entertaining crowds on both sides of the river on Friday 2nd December, and continuing their move back to nomadic roots, The Hydra team-up with Southbound and Numbers, to present a lineup of the label's favourite acts at Peckham's Bussey Building. With and expected, but no less anticipated headline set from Jackmaster and Spencer, the dancefloor maestros will be joined by Italian techno linchpin Marco Passarani, aka 50% of Tiger & Woods, and the rapidly rising talent of Peggy Gou, who's next EP 'Seek For Maktoop' drops on Ninja Tune later this week.
Elsewhere in The Hydra's season, Bonobo's all-nighter at Studio Spaces on Friday 4th November expands with a second room of music featuring sets from Max Graef and Glenn Astro.
The uncompromising Omar S joins the likes of Moodymann, Moritz Von Oswald, Luke Hess and Mike Dehnert for Dimensions on Saturday 26th November 2016, and LWE join forces with Drumcode for a high-octane after-hours edition of Drumcode Halloween at Studio Spaces on Saturday 29th October 2016 with sets from Adam Beyer, Alan Fitzpatrick, Julia Gover, Marcel Fengler, Sam Paganini and Stacey Pullen.
And a very special NYE bash will bring The Hydra's fifth season to a close on Saturday 31st December 2016. After last week's revelation that 2016 will be their final year, The Hydra's older sister,electric minds will host an intimate NYE party at Corsica Studios with their closest allies as Move D, Mr Ties and Hesseltime join head-honcho Dolan Bergin behind the decks, for what will now be their last ever party.
