KEVIN DAVY WHITE is a French born musician who has lived and performed in between Paris and London. As a blues performer he has embraced developing his own take on the music, performing where ever he can, whether that is through busking, a coffee shop or larger venue. Sharing his love for the music and captivating his audience Kevin is going on to great things.
Where in France are you from?
KEVIN: I'm from Paris exactly.
When did you discoverer your love and passion for music and performing?
K: I discovered love and passion for music and performing since 10 years ago.
Have you always been interested in blues music?
K: I've been interested seriously about blues music late. But I'm interested by music since my childhood. I enjoyed to listen to all types of music.
How would you describe your personal music style?
K: I could describe my music style like (blues/pop/rock/soul/funk) to be precise.
Where has been the most memorable place you have played so far?
K: It was not long time ago at the Monarch. The public was incredible.
Have you ever taken part in song writing classes or has it come to you naturally?
K: It came really naturally. My parents noticed that since I'm young. I always have a different way to think.

You do a lot of busking, do you enjoy it?
K: I still enjoy. It's a real challenge to make people happy with my music. And when I've got them it's magic.
If you could perform anywhere where would it be?
K: I would love to play everywhere to be honest. But I have a dream, to play in a stadium. Even the first act.
How was auditioning on The Voice?
K: Haha, The voice was a cool experience. I wasn't in my highest level with the tonality unfortunately.
How many stages did you have to go through?
K: I just did the first step and goodbye Kevin.
When did you move to London?
K: London and I is a long story... since I'm young I'm doing a lot of back and forth. Spending a year in London, back to Paris a for another year...
Have you performed in many venues here?
K: I start to get good venues, like the spiritual bar, troubadour, all small venues but it proportional to my notoriety.
How did you find out about the Coffee House Sessions?
K: It was by chance in an open mic at the paradise in Kensal Rise. Candace was there to introduce her artist and I had the chance to interested her.
What are you plans now the tour is over?
K: I'm actually working on a big show. One in London on the Saturday 26th November at the Troubadour. I'm bringing my musicians in London.
